Rival Crock Pot Slow Cooker

Does anyone know of any crock pot side dishes?

I want to use my crock pot to cook a good side dish, pref. veggies, this year. I'll take any recipe, though. I just think using the crock pot would save space and time for me to cook everything else.
Southern style dishes are a plus…and inexpensive btw. Thanks!!

Cooking a Tri-Tip roast from frozen?

I forgot to pull it out of the freezer this morning, and i wanna cook it tonight, peferably in a crock-pot…can i have this done and in less than 3 hours? or around that? It's 2.43 lbs.
Also any good recipe suggestions would be nice :]

Fully adjustable slow cooker?

I am looking for a slow cooker with these specifications:
1:fully adjustable thermostat from off degrees to — upper temerperature doesnt matter…it just needs to go down to off degrees and any temperature in between. (specificly i need to be able to set it at 130 degrees.)
