Slow cooker Beef Roast?
Question – I just bought a slow cooker with a built-in temp. probe. I wish to first try out a roast beef, medium to meduim rare with lots of flavor…mmmmmmm. A roast beef mind you – not a pot roast. Can anyone enlighten me on the best method /recipe for this? I cannot find a straight answer. All the recipes I find seem to use some liquid and I'm afraid if I do this, I will just get a pot roast.
I am new to cooking so sorry if this is a silly question.
