Can you overcook pot roast in a crock pot?
I would like to start a roast for tomorrow in my crock pot. Will the meat overcook if put on low for over 24 hours? I can not find any info on the web. I have 2 kids in soccer and will have no time tomorrow and want to start dinner for my family for tomorrow now so everyone can eat on their own at their time as we will all have different schedules tomorrow.
