First time slow cooker/crock pot user?
i have some questions in regards to the crock pot. i am trying to convince my shusband as to why we should gtet one. we are always stressing out about what we will eat for dinner. i leave the house at 7 and he leaves the house at 3 am and his mom leaves the house at around 9 am. i dont get home until 6:30 and his times can change from 2-6.
1. are the slow cookers safe
2. which brand is good?
3. are there recipes for things i can make for up to 11 hours?
4. how is the flavor in these meals, afraid of overcooking and not having enough spices
5. any tips
6. do you get tiered of cooking in your slow cooker, varience in meals?

i have a 18 month old and one on the way and i am just trying to simplify my life a little more.
