Cooking corn on a cob in a crock pot?

Is this possible? What are some things I could put in along w/ the corn (like liquids, seasonings, etc.).

UK rival crock pot/slow cooker parts?

Does anyone know where I can get parts for a rival crock pot, my house mate, put the lid in the oven & the handle has now melted. I'm looking to get a new lid without getting a new crockpot. I have looked at the crock pot site & it's a US site.

Where can I find a user's manual for rival crock-pot BBQ pit?

I bought a rival crock-pot BBQ pit slow cooker/roaster that did not have a box or manual. I can't find out how to get a manual and the missing cookbook. Help??
